October 09, 2006

UP Aerospace has completed its anomaly investigation and has implemented vehicle modifications to its SpaceLoft XL vehicle inventory, clearing the way for the Celestis Legacy Flight to be scheduled in late April, 2007. Company officials recently met with representatives from Spaceport America in New Mexico and confirmed to us that UP is on schedule to conduct its full manifest of 2007 launches.

We congratulate UP on reaching return to flight status and look forward to our Legacy Flight. Please check our website often, as we expect to post the exact date in late April for this mission very soon.
