01 Your Memorial Spaceflight
- The contract secures a future Celestis memorial spaceflight for your own or a loved one’s cremated remains or DNA.
- It does not include funeral goods, traditional burial services, or arrangements beyond the spaceflight experience.
- Reflight Guarantee: If a launch attempt is unsuccessful, we will provide one complimentary re-flight on the next available mission of the same service.
02 Payment & Refund Policy
- You can choose to pay in full or through a flexible installment plan.
- A 40% deposit is non-refundable once paid.
- The remaining 60% is placed into a trust account and may be refunded under specific cancellation conditions.
- Pricing is guaranteed at the time of contract signing, even if prices increase in the future.
03 Launch Timing & Mission Logistics
- The contract guarantees a flight on the next available mission for your selected service.
- Launch dates, locations, and providers are subject to change due to spaceflight logistics.
- Capsules are integrated into the spacecraft well before launch, meaning changes after this stage are not possible.
04 Communication & Updates
- The Primary Contact is the sole authorized recipient of mission updates.
- We will keep you informed with:
- Launch schedules & mission status updates
- Webcast details & in-person event information
- You can transfer the contract to another person upon written request.
05 Legal & Compliance
- You affirm that you have the legal right to transport and memorialize the remains or DNA.
- Our services comply with all applicable spaceflight laws, treaties, and regulations.
- Once a flight capsule is integrated into the spacecraft, no further changes can be made.
06 Cancellations & Mission Completion
- Full refund (minus fees) within 30 days of purchase.
- Partial refund (up to 60%) for cancellations due to mission delays.
- No cancellations once the flight capsule is integrated into the spacecraft.
- Mission Completion:
- Earth Rise – Flight sample reaches space.
- Earth Orbit – Sample completes at least one orbit.
- Luna – Capsule reaches the Moon or lunar orbit.
- Voyager – Spacecraft exits the Earth-Moon system,
